HOW TO USE: Take the underpad out and place it in a folded-up state onto the surface, you'll be using it on. Unfold the pad. Take the edge of the product and unfold it outward away from you. Remove silicone release tapes and stick the edges to the bottom sheet. Place the pad down on the surface, with the non-glossy I non plastic side up. The soft side absorbs the urine, while the plastic looking side will prevent tiny liquid from going through and onto the surface.
